Well "The
Farnham Story"
on Channel 9 tonight was wonderful. It brought a few tears to my eyes
and re-enforced just how completely amazing John really is.
Channel 7 are showing "An Audience with John Farnham" tomorrow night (21/11/02) at 7:30-9:00pm. So don't forget to make time for that one too. |

There is also a Telethon to help
raise money for the victims and family members of the Bali Bombing on
Channel 7 at 6:30pm on Sunday 20 October 2002. Some of
Australia's talent will be there, including John Farnham, Kylie, and
Killing Heidi. Due to these details only being released today, I am
unable to give you more information. Keep an eye out on the TV and maybe

| I have just had confirmation from someone at TalentWorks that John will be touring Perth and Hobart. There are other places he will be touring and those dates will be released in October. |

| As you are
all aware by now, John's last concert tour is official. If you have been
watching the news recently, you would have seen numerous interviews with
John. John has said, "I won't tour again, this will be the last time". If you missed it, or don't watch Today Tonight, they had a 4 minute interview with John on Monday 19 August 2002. John Farnham admitted it's a sad day. "I want to try and finish at the right time. I don't want to be playing to the cleaners and three crickets. I want to, if I can, finish with full houses". "My whole energy, all of my energies for all of my musical life have been aimed towards going out and working live. That's what I do. That's what I love to do more than anything else". Glenn Wheatley said, "It's trying to co-ordinate 35 years into 2 1/2 hours. Cause that's what it is. There won't be any support act. John wants to do the whole show by himself and we've got so much repertoire that we could play all night". In regards to his new album being accepted, John said, "I think it matters more to me now, I guess, and it's more difficult as the time goes on because the more notoriety that you get, the more is expected of you". official ... John's last ever concert tour, entitled "The
Last Time Tour",
will go on sale to the general public on Monday
26 August 2002 at
9:00am. The concert dates are yet to be announced but I believe they
will be Nov/Dec
2002.

| As everyone will probably know by now, John is rumoured to be recording another CD and touring again. As this is not confirmed yet, please don't take it as gospel. Once the information is released we will be able to tell you more. Until then, we will all have to wait patiently. |

Sorry for the lack of
updates since 2000 but there's been a lot of personal issues going on
and I haven't had the time to put into the page. Thankfully, things
have picked up this year and I am ready to go again. I have been
waiting for something to write about before making any changes though.
There has been a few
changes to the page but nothing dramatic. I would really
appreciate it if you could let me know what you would like on the page.
If I can do it, I would be more than happy to add it. After all, this
site is for you. Send me an email with your
